About the Activity

The Digital Transformation Activity is an international technical assistance activity funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and UK International Development (UK Dev) and implemented by Eurasia Foundation. The activity promotes Ukraine’s economic revitalization, transparent reconstruction, and good governance during the ongoing conflict and post-war recovery period.
In collaboration with government and people of Ukraine, the Digital Transformation Activity aims to create an inclusive, transparent, and efficient digital ecosystem, stimulate economic growth, enhance administrative efficiency, and nurture the citizen-government relationship in Ukraine.

Economic revitalization
Digital technologies play an important role in strengthening the economy of Ukraine
The Digital Transformation Activity champions investments in digital economic infrastructure. It helps to simplify and digitize export-related processes, to support small- and medium-sized enterprise development, and to foster a favorable business environment in Ukraine.
Transparent reconstruction
Transparency is critical to the sustainable recovery of Ukraine
The Digital Transformation Activity promotes the digital management of recovery and reconstruction projects. It strengthens the electronic procurement ecosystem to enhance oversight of funds and equal conditions for all participants.
Good governance
Digitization is central to advancing effective and democratic governance
The Digital Transformation Activity enhances the availability and usability of open data, and leverages digital technologies in anti-corruption efforts. The program supports the Diia ecosystem to speed the roll-out of new e-services for people and businesses. It improves digital literacy and fosters civic engagement in the digital transformation process.
